Graphite piece
The hard and stiff characteristic of thermal pad and
graphite piece can be used for heat transfer on X-Y horizontal area. The position of the heat sink can be a suitable place to fit the narrow space or small mechanical design. Some applications used copper foil instead of graphite pad due to EMI issue.
Graphite pad
T62 made by graphite particle over 99% to be a graphite pad, coating with mylar film to make insulation to avoid the risk of short circuit. Good performance and good quality of heat transfer for X-Y zone. Raw material as a roll, easy to apply adhesive, cutting and molding.Graphite pad property: 1. Thermal conductivity X-Y= 400W/m-k. 2. Coating with insulation Mylar film. 3. Good thermal performance and quality.
Graphite pad application: 1. PC and related. 2. IPC, Server and Laptop PC. 3. Easy replace heat sink to be heat.
